Bookings & payments

Quotes, deposits, bookings, changes, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with the specific terms confirmed with you at the time of booking. Please contact us for details relating to your treatment plan.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SaluVista is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or app. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing law & jurisdiction

SaluVista is operated by SaluVista (an Orozan company), Istanbul, Türkiye. Except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing in these Terms removes statutory rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

Data protection

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and with applicable data-protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR for visitors in the EEA and the United Kingdom, and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698). Health information you share for screening is treated as special-category data and processed only with your explicit consent or another lawful basis.

International patients

SaluVista helps international patients coordinate treatment in Türkiye. Services are arranged and delivered in Türkiye, and local Turkish law governs the medical care provided there. Consumer rights available to you in your home country continue to apply where they are mandatory and cannot be excluded by agreement.
